Takara Corp, founded in 1950, is the parent company of Vesrah and is a manufacturer of Brake Pad, Brake Shoe and other related motorcycle parts.

Mr. Hiroshi Tamura, founder of Takara, created Vesrah in 1971 as its world distribution center. Vesrah started under the leadership of Aki Tamura and has grown up as your stable Japanese motorcycle parts supplier to the world market.

Vesrah developed High Performance Brake Pad for Street, Off road, ATV and Racing and started to support Road Racing Team in USA under the name of Vesrah Suzuki Racing Team since 1997.

Vesrah Oil Filters. High quality, top performance oil filters

  • Since all filters have insidious yet crucial effects on engine performance and integrity - choose VESRAH quality oil filters
  • Vesrah Spin-on oil filters and regular replacement filters are manufactured to meet or to exceed the OEM specifications from a selection of materials, designs and performance requirements
  • Filter materials: Filter material is a composite of paper pulp, other organic fibres and resins, which are processed to produce extra thickness and density to provide high filtration yield.
  • Design: Filter materials are fluted to their maximum or to the OE required numbers; the higher the number of fluting, the higher the filtration efficiency. Although this process is the most expensive it ensures filter quality.
  • Outer casing construction on spin-on filters are designed to OE thickness standards, so that Vesrah filters withstand oil pressure, vibrations and other physical assaults.

Vesrah Clutch Plate Kits

  • Vesrah clutch plate kits are manufactured to OEM standards/specifications.
  • Each plate is made from high density, high friction material which reduces expansion and fading
  • Each plate is constructed from a paper-kevlar composite for selected new motorcycles and traditional wood cork for other other applications.
  • The composite is one of the most advanced high-tech materials for wet/multi plate clutch systems.
  • Vesrah clutches transmit power more efficiently (high friction coefficient) and give full on/off control or power transmission (small swelling in oil at high temperatures).

Gasket Kits

  • Vesrah gasket kits are made of precision-cut gaskets and precision formed seals.

  • Gasket material will endure high combustion temperatures, high combustion/explosion pressure, and rigity-loss of cylinder head (aluminum alloy) and cylinder block
  • Two major materials are used. Joint sheet gaskets and metal gaskets- both are 100% free from asbestos

Joint Sheet Gaskets

Composite material of heat resistant fibres, specialty synthetic rubber and inorganic matrix. This composite offers high resistance to lubrication oil, gasoline, engine coolants and water. The composite is designed to offer the optimum mechanical properties required for gaskets.

Metal Gaskets

Metal gaskets are made of laminated mild steel and stainless steal plated. Selection of an exact combination of metal materials, thickness and design construction are the key to the vesrah gaskets: Precision sealing and durability are vesrah gaskets.

Fork Oil Seals

Vesrah Fork Oil seals have been developed using a high performance rubber which provides resistance to wear, minerals, oils and heat. Each seal lip is individually machined to give ideal contact between seal and stanchion resulting in excellent sealing performance.

Vesrah seals are made of material specifically defined for reciprocal motion seals by JISB2402-4 standard. This material possesses much higher wear-resistance against reciprocal motion than materials used for oil seals in rotation, such as NBR or polyurethane rubber materials.
